Two hours after each visit, the customer gets a short text with a link to your Google page. When a review comes in, a personal reply goes up within hours. Anything under 4 stars comes to you first, so you decide what gets said.

Texting done by the rules

Every customer opts in at the counter, every text says how to stop, and texts only go out between 8 am and 9 pm. Coupons go only to customers who said yes to offers. Your business gets its own approved number.
