Who gets texts from Stolvar

Stolvar Systems texts only the owners and managers of the businesses that use our service. We do not text the public, and we do not text numbers entered on our free price check form.

How you agree

When your business is set up on Stolvar, we ask for the owner's mobile number and ask whether we may text it. We record the date you agreed. The wording you agree to is:

"I agree to get texts from Stolvar Systems at this number: review alerts, reply approvals and account notices. Up to 10 a week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

What we send

• Alerts when your business gets a new Google review under 4 stars, with a link to approve our reply.
• Notices about your account, like your check-in page going live or your texting number being approved.

Example: "Stolvar: new 2-star Google review for Smith's Quick Lube. Check the reply we wrote and post it: https://app.stolvar.com/r/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out."

Up to 10 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you will get no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also ask us to stop at any time by email.

Your information

We never sell or share your mobile number or your agreement to get texts with anyone for their marketing. See our privacy policy.

Your customers

Texts we send to your customers on your behalf follow your business's own text terms, shown on your sign-up forms.
